Carmen is a registered health and nutrition counselor and a former mental health and addictions research coordinator.

In an effort to understand her own emotional eating habits, she was led to a career researching psycology, addictions, holistic nutrition, and plant medicine for the past 15 years.  

Today, she is a nutrition consultant at Simply for Life Milton, specializing in nutrition, behaviour change, and holistic health for emotional eaters. 

She is passionate about teaching empathic and sensitive souls how to find new ways OTHER THAN FOOD, to cope with their emotional needs and overwhelming life situations.  

As a fellow empath, her simple philosophy, "Eat to Live. Live to Love" coupled with her one-of-a-kind Intuitive Eating Method has helped thousands of women and men achieve food freedom, emotional wellness and spiritual transformation.
